- Star rating and review text — when you submit a review
- Messages / AI queries — when you use IndiChat (not stored long-term)
- Images — when you use the BG Remover tool (auto-deleted within 10 minutes from Cloudinary)
- Wish page data — names and custom fields you fill when creating a wish page (stored for 30 days, then auto-deleted)
- Usage data — pages visited, browser type (no personal identification)
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data from visitors.
02 How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used only for:
- Displaying approved reviews on our website
- Processing images through BG Remover (images deleted automatically after use)
- Rendering personalised wish pages you create and share
- Responding to your support queries
- Improving our website and services
- Communicating about our products and services (only if you contact us first)
03 Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database),
which follows industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.
- Review submissions — stored until manually deleted; only shown after admin approval
- BG Remover images — stored on Cloudinary, automatically deleted within 10 minutes
- Wish pages — stored for 30 days from creation, then automatically deleted
- AI chat messages — processed in real-time, not stored permanently
04 Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies only for essential functionality (such as keeping admin sessions active).
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
05 IndiTech-X Android App — Privacy
The IndiTech-X Android app collects no additional data beyond what the website collects:
- Camera permission — used only when you upload an image in BG Remover
- Storage permission — used only to read images for BG Remover
- The app does not run background services, track your location, or collect device data
- All data processing happens on our server (same as website) — see sections above
The app is a WebView wrapper — it loads inditech.it-x.in and has no independent data storage.
06 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and backend services
- Cloudinary — temporary image storage for BG Remover (images auto-deleted)
- Groq / Google Gemini — AI language models powering IndiChat
- Tavily — real-time web search for IndiChat AI
- WhatsApp — for customer communication
- Google Fonts — for typography (Orbitron, Inter)
- Font Awesome — for icons
Each of these services has their own privacy policies which govern their data practices.

- Request deletion of your review or submitted data
